By accessing or using this Web site, you agree to these terms of use. EPRHA may change the terms of use at any time at its sole discretion and without notice.

The terms of use provide visitors and organizations with information regarding the use of data, information and images (files) found on the EPRHA Web site. The terms of use apply to the EPRHA Web site and any file storage facility used by the EPRHA Web site. Occasionally you will find links to Web sites outside of EPRHA Web site. These Web sites are not under the control of EPRHA. EPRHA provides these links as a convenience and the inclusion of these links does not mean that EPRHA endorses, warrants or accepts responsibility for the content or uses of such Web sites. Therefore, if you access a non- EPRHA Web site, you do so at your own risk and EPRHA is not responsible for the accuracy, currency, and completeness of the information or reliability of services available at such Web sites.

Expressed permission to use files from EPRHA is granted for only personal use. . Changes or modifications to these files including the addition of third party content cannot take place without the prior written permission of EPRHA. All credits, notices, copyrights and trademarks must remain intact with the file(s).

Presentation of the data, information and images must appear in the original context of its presentation within EPRHA. Regrouping, resizing, cropping deletion, or framing of a portion of the file cannot occur without prior written permission from EPRHA.

Links

EPRHA grants permission for Web sites to link to the home page of EPRHA Web site or to any page within. Links should be checked regularly in case a file or directory has changed or been moved since the link was created. Creating a link to the EPRHA Web site does not constitute an agreement for a reciprocal link to be placed on the EPRHA Web site.

File Integrity

EPRHA is not liable for downloaded files. The download, maintenance, and use of these files are the responsibility of the EPRHA Web site visitor. Occasionally, EPRHA site files are deleted or moved or archived. Replacement of the file(s) is the responsibility of the visitor.
